It is with the great pleasure that I write this message for inclusion in Al Ihsan Trust website, although in its infancy being in existing under six years have achieved a tremendous amount of charity work in Sri Lanka. You will see summary of projects delivered by Al Ihsan Trust, since January 2013 none of this would have been possible with out the help from Almighty, your prayers and generous donation. Al Ihsan Trust is thankful to Allah (swt) and then to our partners, downers, supporters and volunteers, who have joined this concern in making a difference by wiping the tiers of the orphans and bringing smiles to the widows, the duas of the oppressed continue.

Providing over 2000 food hamper to the needy during Ramadan, assisting in sacrificing & distribution Qurbani meat to the needy who are mainly widows & orphanages during Haj are regular acts which we have engaged in. With the help of our partners and donor organizations, we have also distributed wheel chairs to the disabled in hospitals, homes for the disabled & individuals disabled persons. Al Ihsan Trust has conducted several eye camps with the assistance of Age Helping offering free glasses & cataract operations to those in need.

Al Ihsan Trust remains truly devoted & serve those you need irrespective of their race color or faces we also share a fundamental right a life of dignity, free of Poverty, exploitation & oppression. We give you a brief glimpse of our work in the website. We look forward to associate with our partners & donors for many more years of service ahead ans thank you for all your support so far.

Al Ihsan Trust Sri Lanka (AITS) has grown significantly since it was first establised in January 2013, six years now AITS has been involved in helping the orphans and needy. Alhamdulillah every year we advanced in our cause of helping the needy. We ask Allah to accept the generosity of AITS’s donars. May their Sadaqah be a means of forgiveness, may it elevate their rank and may it be a shade for them on the Day of Judgement.

With your generous support, our projects reach thousands of vulnerable individuals and communities every year. We would like to extend our gratitude and appreciation to all of our donars, implementing partners, team members and well wishers for their continued support.

Remember, in working together, there is no limit to what we can all achieve in striving to serve humanity, together we can bring a smile on the face of an orphan or a widow or destitute.

We continue to deliver our core programmes. ranging from, quality education, wheel chairs, the installation of water hand pumps and wells, orphans sponsorship, and care of disabled children.

AITS aims to continue its hard work and maximize the impact of its projects, creating sustainable solutions to help poor communities in Sri Lanka lift themselves out of poverty. i hope you will find this website encouraging and informative, and that you will continue to support Al Ihsan Trust Sri Lanka in the future.

At AITS, we are determined to continue to support people in need and will continue to develop projects that eliminate illiteracy and provide a bright future to children, women and families affected by poverty.
